Where do I start the home buying
process
Your first step
should be to determine exactly what you’re looking for in a home. You should start by
prioritizing in 3 areas:
Location:
Why are you relocating? What will impact your choice of
neighborhoods– the convenience of shopping, schools, public transportation or your
current job?
Home Requirements:
How big of a house do you need? 2 or 3 bedrooms? What home styles
do you prefer? Do you want new construction? Do you require extra parking for a RV or a
boat? Also keep in mind the difference between your wants and needs?
Budget:
How much can I afford to purchase? This is the biggest concern of any home
